I did not expect detailing, especially with MY van so that felt like above and beyond. They helped me out in multiple ways--so appreciated! And, even though it still needed one part, they gave it back instead of waiting. Love having my van back earlier than projected!!

Very friendly, kept me in the loop as to each step taken for repairs, notified insurance of more repairs the insurance messed up on covering, very informative on rental car and now I know to just contact Gerber and they will make arrangements.
