I realize that my interior of my car had some leaves and sand in it because I was using it right up until I had to take it in. However the shape of the interior of my car was awful. They didn’t even take a vacuum to it anywhere. It was just as bad as when ot went in and the dash was completely dust and dirty from shop dust. I didn’t expect a detail on the interior but I didn’t expect get told that they didn’t vacuum it because their vacuum broke and they were going to have to buy a new one.

The work done on my car looks great. However the communication could have been better. They had installed and charged me for a headlight, before calling to confirm with me that it was okay to do so. When I went to pay my bill I was still under the impression they had fixed my old headlight, instead of putting in a new one. Overall I’m happy with the work done and appreciate the light cleaning they did, but would also have appreciated that phone call.
