Had to return to the shop for additional work. Inconvenient. I told Tyler the estimator that there was wheel bearing noise twice while you had my car bit it was still unrepaired when I picked it up. Frustrating when you don't listen to customers.

My vehicle was given back to me missing a part on the tail light and the side was not lined up. Communication with the follow up fixes has not been great. We were also rushed to pick up on a Friday when our expected completion was not for another week. We were told we would be charged if we didn’t arrive before close for the rental, giving us only 20 minutes to get there.
