Both Liberty and Gerber underestimated the damage to my vehicle. The vehicle was disassembled before discovering additional parts were required. This caused a delay in completion. I considered a rental car but was told a few times it is almost done. I did not reserve a rental car due to this. Poor communication of the delays - I called Gerber, they did not call or update me. Frustrating experience.

Communication on the status of my vehicle could have been better. The original estimate by Liberty and Gerber missed identifying a number of damaged parts until the vehicle was fully disassembled. Took 3 weeks to get my vehicle back due to delay in ordering parts. Did not rent a car because I thought mine would be done earlier and kept getting delayed

Michael was great to work with on my repairs. He answered all my questions and everything went exactly as he said it would. Everything was finished and ready on time and a lot quicker than I was expecting. He even went the extra mile to help me out on my pick up date and my rental as I was out of town the day my truck was completely and ready to pick up, he made it easy for me to just leave my rental and able to jump right in my truck on a Sunday morning. The actual work is beyond expectation as well. Body lines and paint are as good as factory. I couldn’t be happier with my repairs.
