It was extremely difficult to get my Jeep fully repaired. My door had been damaged in the accident and I was told repeatedly that it was not related and that I just hadn't noticed it before. It was implied that I was lying multiple times until they finally realized that the top of my Jeep had shifted during the accident and that is what damaged the door. This was after having Jeep for over a week. Never received an apology, only a used visor to replace one I had broken (unrelated to the accident). Nice gesture, but not enough. An apology and admission that they were wrong would have made me feel better than a visor. But instead, I'm left with a repaired vehicle (thankfully) and a level of frustration I have felt for very few companies. I give them a 2 only because they did complete the repairs, but I had to fight for hours to get it.
