I was surprised to not get any offer of compensation when my vehicle was not ready as promised. I spoke with someone who I assumed to be the manager when I went to pick up the truck at 5 PM as promised. Even then, the truck was not ready--was told it would take another 30-45 minutes and we had just communicated an hour before that. The gentleman seemed to be sorry that my experience had not been positive but not sorry enough to try to mitigate my dissatisfaction in any way. I felt like Beth wished that she could have done more to help me. She did come in the next day, which was a Saturday, to deliver my veheicle to me and she had done a great job of detailing the truck. Again, I was surprised when no one said something like,

Unfortunately, the final cost was $700 more than the written estimate that I received. And the work was promised to be completed in 10 days and it took 2 weeks.

All of my quarters were missing. Beside that, the repair was great. I would rate a 10, but there are noticeable residue at the repair area that isn't obvious unless it is carefully look at.
