Before I brought my truck to you I put a little piece of tape on the passenger door to mark the small dent and where it had been keyed 2 1/2 feet on the front passenger door.well I was in a hurry so I didn’t notice the tape was on the door still.all they did was washed the door and didn’t fix the front passenger door and they didn’t even wash the top of the Ram and they didn’t wash the top of the GMC .please make them finish the job and get the police report so you know the damage was there

Customer service was great. Everybody was nice but there are some things on my vehicle that need to be corrected. I will be calling Thursday morning, July 30 to bring my vehicle back in to get the items that are needing to be addressed corrected and I will need a rental again while my vehicle is in your shop.

Kiefer was very efficient, from my initial estimate to the final finished product. I didn’t have to actually communicate directly too much because they kept me updated by texts (which were easier for me). My car looks great and I would highly recommend Gerber Collision.

The staff did a great job. Kiefer and Linda have done a great job of letting me know the status and what was happening with my car. The only reason I put an 8 is because there was a grinding noise that sounded like it came from my tire, but it actually is coming from my steering wheel. They couldn’t figure out where it was coming from initially. But when we figured out where it came from kiefer set me up with their partners so we can fix it.

Kiefer and his crew are absolutely AMAZING!! 100% happy with the way my car came out. They looked over everything and gave me the best price and the best experience you can have dealing with car collision. Got my car back super quick, and it looks like nothing ever happened. I especially appreciated the online portal that showed repair progress and provided a detailed cost breakdown.
