I was a little skeptical about taking my truck in (haven’t had good experiences with other shops in the past). Gerber helped me out better than I could have imagined though. They worked around my schedule and kept me updated on the repairs to my vehicle. The staff should get 6 stars out of 5 because they’re the nicest people I have had the pleasure of working with. I would gladly go back to them and also recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys for all your help

The estimated repair completion date was extended a few times throughout the process. Toward the end, communication could have been more proactive, as I found myself calling for updates. That said, some of the delays were outside of their control. The quality of the final repairs was excellent. The team was professional, apologetic about the delays, and reassuring throughout the process. I also appreciate that the work is guaranteed, which provides added peace of mind. From the beginning, they were very responsive and able to take in my vehicle just a few days after the incident. Overall, I was very pleased with both the interaction and the quality of work provided.
