The estimated time of repairs was 3 days. My car was in the shop for 2 weeks and during that time, there was no communication regarding delays. When I finally called, I was told there was an airbag issue that needed attention. If I wouldn’t have called, I wouldn’t have known it was ready to pick up. And when we finished talking, the man hung up on me. Otherwise, I’m hoping the service to the car is sufficient because last time, it wasn’t.
