This rating only because of the alignment of bumper and the tow caps not fitting properly and thus wasn’t taken care of before I picked up my car. If I hadn’t noticed these things nothing would have been addressed

She explained everything so thoroughly, updated me regularly; was so respectful and gracious throughout the process. Frank Calabro went above and beyond to make sure a last issue was resolved. He responded in a very courteous, time sensitive manner. I would definitely recommend Gerber of Verona, PA to all of my family and friends in Pittsburgh. Customer service and speed of repairs were great. The final product was lacking with visible crease remaining on fender that was repaired and bumper not aligning exactly where meets fender.
