Even though it took longer than I thought it would, I'm pleased with the work done on my car. It has been restored to how it was. There is a minor issue I have to return for, but, life happens. I would still recommend them for the work they do. This is the second time they've worked on one of my cars.

Took 3 weeks to change out a piece of plastic and a small paint job. Had to keep calling to find out the completion date. The last notification I got was off by 10 days

First Gerber collision was excellent. When we pick the car up, there were scratches on the back bumper still present from where the tree fell. I contacted Gerber and was told that that was not part of the estimate. Since they were minor, I decided not to pursue it further, but I am slightly disappointed that it wasn’t caught by the adjuster when he came out to look at the car initially. Other than that, I am satisfied.

Lower bumper is scuffed and hood was not repaired. Can still see a dent, where it creased, touch up paint was applied to crease. 2 chips along front of hood. 1 was halfway touched up with paint
