Continually pushing the finished date back. I spent exponentially more money on ubers because they could not give me a realistic date. It was pushed back two weeks. That’s insane.

The communication about the status of my car was phenomenal. It was easy and even at pick up an employee went over everything you guys did if I had to have my car fixed for an accident. I would definitely come here again, even if I could go anywhere else.

Paint looks good. Detailing after paint repair was not good! Grey spatter all over the dash ,drivers door, drivers seat, rear door and seat on drivers side. Vehicle was taken back inside twice to clean after that I told the manager that I would do it myself.
