there were a few communication issues and problems with getting the right parts, but kyle was very sweet and did his best to get me my car. he is the main one that kept me up to date when i let it be known i didnt get very many updates. thank you!

Kyle M. bent over backwards to get my car fixed and back to me. I understand that somethings didn't go our way which caused my car to have a somewhat "permanent home" for two long months. I do appreciate everything he did. The car looks fantastic and drives great! I'll definitely throw my car back to this place for future repairs... hopefully I won't be back too soon. Like I mentioned before, working with Kyle M. was wonderful. He towed my car to the shop the day after it was rear ended, assessed the damage and placed the order for all the parts needed. It took a while to get the car fixed and back into my hands but in the end, it was worth it. The car runs great and looks absolutely gorgeous! It feels good to be back in my car again. I'll definitely be bringing my car back for other cosmetic repairs ☺️. Until then, thank you very much for the amazing work! Thank you again Kyle M!

If I had to choose one word that explains the level of professionalism, customer care, and genuine compassion that the staff at Gerber Collison & Glass Repair it would have to be family. They took care of my 2017 F150 like it was their own; knowing that the longer it was being repaired the longer I would have to push back all my plans and jobs. With in a week, my truck was ready to go. I quickly picked up my truck and headed home. Upon merging onto the freeway, I had notice loss of power in the acceleration and a wrench light on my dashboard. I called Gerber back and Kyle M. was very accommodating in checking out the issue. He plugged a code machine and found to possible issues. They did their due diligence as far as seeing if it was something they did and even took it to Sunland Ford to have their mechanics look into the issue. After three days I got my truck back with no issues. I felt that Gerber Collison & Glass repair had my best interest in mind and got my truck repair as quickly as they could. Thank you Gerber! I will bringing my future business to you if it should ever arise.

I think I was left in the dark a little longer then expected, the fixing of the parts were great they did a very good job of fixing what was basically wrong. But it seemed they only focused on what was seen not unseen, like my passenger door it has problems opening and closing. I don't think everything was checked, and after taking the time it took you'd think that would have been one of the main issues since the vehicle has a wrinkle in it.
