Very happy with whole process....commu cation thru out repair was outstanding and jeep was finished 1 day earlier than told...gentleman came outside went over jeep with my wife taking the time to explain....even had to bring the jeep up there and park it why we returned the rental vehicle and they called to make sure everything was okay with jeep....excellent customer service was provided

The customer service could have been much better i was quoted one price and it differed when i was picking it up then it was reverted back it was over $2000 dollars in difference anytime it’s that much difference customer should be notified in addition i said it st least 5 times the left light assembly wasn’t done so waste of time picking up had to return on Monday to receive when you drop off your car you check everything even if it has a scratch your company marks you vehicle i would love to see you use that same courtesy when a customer retrieves there vehicle so that all repairs are completed upon completion. So i had to return to pick it up which was something that was talked about previously.

I absolutely love it that you guys call several times in the progression of the car being fixed. The work it amazing. I can't even see where there was a problem.
