JJ , the manager, was so pleasant and ready to take my truck in for work. Efficient and got my truck back quick. Got frequent notices about progress. Next time a pipe fence gets in my way I'll return to Wagoner Gerber Collision .

Brought a 2week old truck in due to road paint on it and got it back with chips on my hood. One completely down to the metal. They tried to say they were already there “they were not” instead of fixing it correctly they will give me touch up paint Went by to get the touch u paint they said they would have and they didn’t have it. They were going to Mail it to me. it’s been 3 weeks and haven’t even seen the touch up paint. 4800 job on a new truck now I have to pay someone else to fix it.

I had our sons car repaired from a minor issue and Gerber pulled the door trim off and pulled a dent out and put the trim back on. I had to take it back for something unrelated and to restick the door trim. They are not sticking and I have to take it back again.
