Receptionist-10, Steve (Mgr.)Give him a-7 for now,J.J.-1,AND the glass guy that put my windshield back in-FIRE HIM. TERRIBLE JOB!! He's either not qualified or doesn't care about his quality of work. And, I'm still waiting on the glass people to contact me to re-install my front glass so the gasket is up against the surface of the cab , so it doesn't do what it's doing now when I take it to wash (with a wand) is leak through the 3/8" gap your p.o.s. installer left at the top left hand corner of the front windshield. Waiting to see if the new sliding glass (in back) leaks.

The people at the local Gerber store are some of the nicest people you would ever want to meet or do business with. The are professional but very friendly and down-to-earth. I would recommend them to anyone.

From the front desk to the back of the shop, all staff were professional, polite and prompt in their communication. The repair process was smooth as silk. Will go tell it on the mountain! Gerber has the formula for car repair.
