The quality of the workmanship appears to be very good. Despite the kind and well meaning employees, it’s tough to get around the significant extra cost incurred as well as my lost work hours.

Basic service (all communication with the front desk, as well as in person interaction) was very good with the exception of a communication error that ended up costing me a few hundred extra dollars. I appreciated the gesture of Gerber taking on a portion of the extra cost but it doesn’t change the fact that I personally paid hundreds of dollars for a communication error internal to Gerber

Was concerned that spoiler was not replaced even though it was mentioned to insurance and Gerber that it was being held up by plastic ties because it dragged on ground. Car came back with plastic ties still holding rubber spoiler in place
