The car came out looking brand new. The only problem is when i look for those small details like the mis-aligned rocker panel that's still not installed properly after revisiting, my coworkers noticed too. Days after revisting... Some overspray on the door jams and some uncoated area that holds the door. I noticed a "knock" noise when I open the driver door all the way, I'm not sure if it's normal cause I don't usually open the door all the way, I did to examine. I'd say a 7.5 out of 10.

The repairs to my car is great ......the only problem I had was with the care of my vehicle. The driver's side of my car was covered with water spots, as if it was parked next to a sprinkler system. It took me half a day to remove the spots and polish and wax the car.

I would very much recommend Gerber because of the service provided with the car rental. It makes it so much easier & less stressful for customers. Plus they did a great job on the repair in a week.
