Had updates throughout the process and was able to talk to anyone when I needed to if I had questions, they were quick and efficient in the process of getting the truck done and back to us to use. It was clean and paint job looks amazing!

I recently had my Jeep Cherokee repaired at Gerber in Walla Walla and the experience was fantastic. The staff from the first phone call were extremely helpful and were eager to help. We unfortunately experienced a deer running into my wife's vehicle. The first appointment was set up and we were able to get right in for an estimate and then scheduled for repair. The entire staff were compassionate and were ensuring that we understood the entire process and the duration at which the vehicle would be gone. I felt like my new crisis was important for your team to resolve and that is exactly what they did. THe vehicle was dropped off and then i was pleasantly surprised to get texts on regular updates of where my vehicle was throughout the process. I commend you and your staff for their great communication and excellent customer service. The final win was the call that the jeep was done and repaired. I was given a walk around to show me all the work that had been completed and it looked like new again. All of the work was explained, the car for the next 90 days until the paint was completely cured. I truly appreciate the professionalism of everyone and their desire to really help. YOu have a fantastic team and you should be proud of the service they are providing. If this is the standard service model, i commend you for your dedication to your customers! Thank you for a great experience!

Appreciated the great communication and the efforts to get my car done on time despite a delay in parts. That said, they were only one working day behind schedule so we’re right on schedule and had warned me about the parts issue because they wouldn’t know until they got in there. I really appreciated all of this!
