The younger Gentleman who helped me was very informative and professional. He was very good about communicating with me about the progress of my car and also about how insurance companies tend to work. The other people who I had a brief interaction with were also very professional. They got my car fixed in a timely manner. They always do a fantastic job.

We were treated so wonderfully while having our automobiles worked on. We want you to know that your work is perfect and honest and appreciated. The communication was amazing. We have never received updates as work was being done. That was so very helpful. We had our daughters car done along with our truck. It was a rough month for us and the amount of understanding and respect we received was top notch!!! Hope we don't have to be back in again any time soon LOL but if something does happen we are definitely going to Gerber!!!

The extra time required and the extreme difference between the original estimate were a bit alarming. The quality of work was good.

The work was done very well but the final cost was three times the estimate cost and it took a lot longer. The time didn’t become an issue because I was out of town but the difference in cost was a bit alarming and I hope it doesn’t affect my insurance rates. With a more accurate estimate I might have chosen something different.

Joe was great. Went above and beyond. He even gave me a ride in his own truck so it wouldn’t make me too late to work on the morning I needed to drop off my car. I was so surprised by how clean my car was when I picked it up, because let me tell you it was DIRTYYY! I appreciate this so much! Thanks Gerber!
