The estimate was completed after a very brief wait. I was able to deliver the vehicle early, and the staff worked with me to have the repair performed while I was gone for a week on vacation. They also agreed to take payment by phone, and allow me to pick up the vehicle after hours. The estimate and actual repair costs were the same with no change or surprises.
