They tore my window tint and didn’t say anything. They over torqued my wheel. My back window is covered in clearcoat overspray. My hitch cover and control arm cap is missing. Interior was full of sanding dust.

I didn’t give a 10 or a 9 because the front driver side where the bumper meets the headlight and the fender, there’s a gap where I can see clips that hold it together.
