You have to get your phones fixed at the Watertown location. I teach and can’t always answer the phone, so to have get directed to some national call center when I called the Watertown number that then sent a message to Watertown was absolutely ridiculous. I thought the people at the Watertown location were fantastic and extremely helpful, but if it’s this hard to contact them, I’m not sure I’d recommend them to my friends and colleagues.
