Elated with their turnaround time. These guys saved the day after my initial body shop kept me waiting 3 1/2 months only to tell me at appt they would need another 3 weeks! Gerber in Watertown has exceptional & friendly front end folks too. Manager is a pro w good old school customer care. Their communications on status throughout including multiple calls was great. Will use exclusively going forward.
