My rating is based on the lack of communication on the status of my car and parts, the poor communication in regards to the details surrounding my vehicle, the time frame told to insurance versus the client, the quality of work done on the car leaving it still in need of repair, leaving marks on my rear view mirror that had no reason to be touched.

Not only was the estimate so enormous that it would have totaled my car if I hadn’t went to bat with my insurance company but as soon as a friend of my father’s and mine went over it all of a sudden it lowered to the point my car could be fixed
