My only complaint is that it took longer than it was supposed to, due to the srrival of broken or unusable parts.. But in the end new parts were substituted at no extra charge, so that was a satisfactory resolution.

Jeremy did an awesome job working so hard to get everything done before Christmas even though the wiring harness foiled his plans. Did a great job keeping me updated. Thanks for taking great care of our car and prioritizing our claim. Repairs looked great this afternoon. Never would have know we hit a deer a few months ago.
