I was very pleased to speak with Ty at the Muncie location, she went above and beyond in every way to make things right. Eric in Westfield was very professional and did the best he could for me as well. However, it seems like the call center didn't have a clue on how the local branch operates. I was consistently displeased overall with the way service was handled though, so you still get a 4.
