I was happy with the repairs, ease of the process, and they dealt with updating the insurance company on additional parts needed. Not sure who took care of the rental vehicle process but all I had to do was pick it up then dropped back off to Gerber. That part was also super easy on my end and I didn’t have to go out of my way for that business whatsoever which was fantastic!

They did great overall, 9 only because they added a little too much glitter and the perfectionist in me noticed it (for the record I’m far from perfect, I just happened to notice it). I’m sure that’s a tough job to get a match even as close as they did. Only noticeable when it’s clean in the sun or close up and looking for it. Probably the only time this will ever be noticed by someone other than me will be the day I sell it, and by then it will be for parts cuz I plan to run it until it won’t move.
