Great place with great employees. Was doubtful at first, after dealing with unprofessional employees as well as the manager at the Portage location. Totally different employees and service in Westfield. I will definitely recommend the Westfield location to everyone.

Door scratches and paint wcuff and chip on back quarter panel from deer hit/slide into ditch was not fixed like insurance told me would be addressed. Front bumper was replaced and looks amazing but rest was not fixed
