I was satisfied with Gerber from the westfield wi location. I would have given a 9. The doubling up of text from local store and corporate text are quite frustrating. One day I receive a text we will see you in 13 days. The next day the local store calls at 1pm and says my truck is done. The westfield location seems quite capable of communicating details. It would also be my preference to do business that way.

I am very happy with the quick service I received. My vehicle was towed to Portage Gerber and because they had a large amount of vehicles in for body work to be done . They checked with me to see if I was ok with sending my vehicle to another Gerber Collision shop. I said that would be ok. They towed my vehicle to the Gerber Collision Shop in Westfield. I was kept up today by text message I am also very happy the Gerber Collision in Portage made arrangements for my car rental thru Enterprise in Baraboo . They delivered the vehicle to Portage Gerber so that I didn't have to go to Baraboo to get the vehicle. All of the staff was great to work with. Thank you for the quick service .
