Car comes out front, look at it. It seemed okay. Signed all the paperwork etc. Get in the car and the windshield is dirty so I click on the wipers. The driver's side wiper is literally shredded. Rubber hanging off and flopping around. It WASN'T like that when I brought it in. There was no glass damage. It happened while in your care. All Matt could say was - sorry, can't help you. We don't have the part here and there is no one here to help you. Why don't you call the manager on Monday. Seriously!?!? This happened while you folks had my vehicle and you basically tell me to take it to an Auto Zone and get it repaired. Do you see how you're a repair shop... sending me to a repair shop because you can't help me even though I just forked over more than EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS to you!?!? Matt was nice and all but you had only one person working there on a Saturday and not one single tech!? This is deer season. Folks are having more deer/car accidents now than at any other time of year... probably a good idea to have more than ONE PERSON in there on a SATURDAY! You close at 6pm during the week. When do you think working folks are going to get in there for this stuff? On a Saturday!!! And yet you only have one person there handling everything. Well, really not handling it because he sent me away with a still damaged vehicle. Guess how many people I'll be referring to your shop? Guess how many people I'll be telling about your cruddy service?

I was not completely satisfied at first when I inspected the work done as there was a gap between the bumper and the plastic piece that clips on. It was very noticable and I dont understand how this wasn't recognized by the body shop before handing the car over. As a result, I had to wait an additional hour while this issue was remediated and in the end it looked fine, but the point is that I shouldn't have had to bring it to the attention of the collision shop.

Awesome people who work at the location on Niagara Falls Blvd. in wheatfield From the time I walked in to the collision shop to have an estimate done on my enclave , I was greeted with smiles and they took their time and made to feel like I was the only customer. The text messaging I received daily letting me know the status of my vehicle worked great And when they told me the date that it would be ready it was ready!! Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
