Paint chips found on an undamaged panel that was removed and reinstalled. Manager indicated Gerber would repair panel. Issue indicating the job was completed with out inspecting the work and not providing documentation that this secondary repair is warranty work

There were swirl marks and scratch marks on the paint- and driver side ( which wasnt repaired) had a dull film on the paint around the hood seam and rear view mirror- you could see it in the sunlight- I have never taken my car to a brush car wash - I only use brushless - and the car is only 3 months old - black cars show swirl marks so no brush car washes - and its parked in a garage always- dont know what happened to the finish there. Sorry Am I completely happy - NO

The headlights are the only thing that doesn't match. Having a new shiny one and a dingy one. The care looks wonderful except for that. It almost looks brand new.

Initial glance at the vehicle revealed overspray on deck lid. Next day, paint runs were found under 3 of 4 door handles, lint/bubbles in one area of paint, poor alignment of grill area - approx. 1/2” off from side to side. Passenger door handle touch to lock unlock inop - something left disconnected most likely. Vehicle is returning to Gerber to correct above issues. It is important that I do not have to return it again.

Even where there aren’t paint runs - the paint appearance is lack luster - looks poorly applied. There is a general lack of detail to the work. Obvious mistakes were made but it appears as though there was no effort to make sure the vehicle was finished correctly before turning it back over to me.

There was a lack of communication on the part of the shop. I would have been happy with just a couple of minutes per week of discussion of progress. I had to instigate all discussions. Maybe the bar was set too high with my previous experience.
