Everything looked great and I'm happy overall with your work with the exception of the clear adhesive strip that was on the edge of the door to protect from paint chipping wasn't on this door. I don't know if it's such a big deal but I thought it might help from future paint chipping on edge of door. Don't take me wrong. Looks great otherwise. Thank you Marvin Brown

Original door had clear strip of edge protector and new door didn't get it and there is a couple blemishes in the paint or prep of the door for paint.

I am most definitely not satisfied. The vehicle went in for repairs with no issues on the windshield. It was completed and I was contacted only to discover it now has a windshield crack running the entirety of the drivers side from top to bottom. After being told “there isn’t anything in the inspection picture” regarding the windshield, then the story changed to “it must have had a small crack in it that caused it” and that Gerber would only cover 50% of a glass replacement. I would love for someone to explain how I am responsible for damage that occurred while it was in Gerber’s care and then was somehow missed when a staff member drove it to the lot for pickup. Definitely will not recommend this shop to anyone.
