My car was returned to me with missing parts that it had when purchased and were not in the location of the accident. In addition from what I see both the front and rear doors have misaligned placement. I have contacted the local office and hope to receive a call Monday to discuss the issues and work towards a resolution as I am very unsatisfied with the efforts that were made to repair my car and do not believe it to be up to any industry standard. I chose Gerber Collision because of the Nissan factory certification and the promise that my car would be returned to me fully repaired. Sadly this isn’t the case and I hope my promise of satisfaction will be met.

They were so helpful and friendly! Always kept me updated over every little detail. Not only did they repair my vehicle, they detailed it so it would be nice and clean when I picked it up which I was shocked and felt terrible about because I’m a toddler mom and my car was a MESS upon arrival so that was a very nice surprise! Thank you all for all your hardwork!
