My experience with Gerber was the best. Everyone was friendly, professional and communicative. They notified me of their progress every step of the way. The work was flawless and finished ahead of schedule. My vehicle was returned much, much cleaner than I gave it to them.

Unfortunately, less than a week after the initial collision work was done, a tree branch fell on my vehicle. The saddest part was that the beautiful, perfect work Gerber had done all needed to be redone. Even the second time around their craftmanship was flawless, and dealing with Mike and Suzy (I hope I'm spelling that correctly) was a pleasure. I hope I'm done for awhile, but if not, I won't hesitate to come back here.

I cannot even begin to say how professional, wonderful, thoughtful Gerber Collision was! They did an absolute BEAUTIFUL job on my car! What I honestly liked the best were how nice the employees were. The secretary was always so kind, warm, and worked with me & my schedule about getting my car in and fixed. She was constantly updating me on the progress. The guy that did the initial inspection & took pictures for the insurance company was super professional & super nice. He treated me & my car with the upmost respect. Gerber Collision also drive me me home after I dropped it off (because I had to go home first before I arranged for a rental). The employee that drive me was very nice, professional, and I was very comfortable with him driving me. I definitely recommend Gerber Collision to everyone!
