I dealt only with Stacey (Admin) and Xiomara (Estimator). Both were wonderful. I've nothing but praise to say regarding each of them. Communication and customer service were A+. Gerber repaired some fenders and a bucked driver door for me recently. The car looked restored to its pre-accident condition. They also sent it for alignment to ensure the suspension components are working as they are supposed to. Finally they scanned the car computer to check if there are abnormalities per factory specs. The repair process was thorough. Their estimator took the time to explain steps needed to be done, choice of parts and time frame. She also updated by phone daily progress of the job. I appreciate her eagerness to work with a customer. Job well done Gerber!
