Hi there, I wanted to bring to your attention a few issues I encountered during my car repair. First, the car sat there for a week before the repair began. I had to pay for an extra week of rental even though I had specifically requested to drop off the car when you were ready to work on it. Secondly, the bumper is not well aligned. Thirdly, there is some contamination all over the roof and front windshield. I believe it could be the result of tree sap or other contaminants that were present during the painting process. Fourthly, the car makes a strange noise that I’ve never experienced before, even after the accident. I suspect this might be related to the calibration process that was performed on the car. On the positive side, I noticed that the color match seems to be fine.
