I was quite satisfied with the team’s friendly attitude, helpfulness, and their assistance in coordinating the rental car with Enterprise, which I truly appreciated. However, I would like to suggest a couple of areas for improvement. First, I had to reiterate multiple times my request to minimize the amount of time my car would spend in the body shop. I also needed to remind the team to pre-order all necessary parts before I brought my car in for repair. Second, I found myself having to proactively call and follow up on the parts' arrival status, as well as prompt the team to set up the appointment for repair. Addressing these issues would elevate the customer experience and make the process more seamless for future clients.
