Chris was very helpful and responsive. He did a beautiful job on my BMW. He also helped me figure out why my high beams weren’t working after the job was done which wasn’t related to the body work

The grille of the car sustained damage at some point in the repair process and I am waiting for the replacement part to arrive at German Auto Body so that they can replace the damaged grille.

I had to wait, Patience wasn't always my virtue. But German Auto came through and replaced my rear bumper. The paint job is excellent, and even a scuffed wheel look great now. FYI: within a month of buying my car, I was in the merge lane off of Story road onto 101 and another car tried to over take me. I pulled into the dirt. But the other car drove through my driver side. Needless to say that car escaped on the next offramp leaving me feeling violated.
