The car repair is incomplete: 1. The bumper is left damaged with flat spot and the absolution foam is damaged. 2. The impact bar is NOT replaced 3. There is body damage behind the bumper that is left unrepaired! The car is unsafe to be released in the condition that it is. Will be bringing it back for re-evaluation. Unacceptable!

Everyone was helpful when I made an effort to to call. I wasn’t contacted during repairs. When I asked to be contacted with updates, I wasn’t until the very end when I was ready to pick up my car.

still best paint shop in bay area.

too many labor hours charged for certain line items, for example, it should not have taken 3h of labor to just drill some holes in the diffuser. And why tack on labor charges to remove license plate frame? just extraneous. and to add insult to injury, installation of the diffuser was unsatisfactory leaving clips visible through the gap. I understand it's an aftermarket diffuser and fitment wouldn't be perfect, but I'd expect a certain level of attention to detail. disappointed
