The repair work was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The work took a bit longer than I expected and I had to get a renter and paid it by myself. Also I got a tire pressure alert immediately after I drove home, and had to get to another place to pump it up, which was a little annoying...

I was satisfied with the painted portions as expected. I was surprised to find 2 scratches on different sections of the car that were not there before. Also the interior had been cleaned with some kind of cleaner that smelled strong.I avoid cleaning and polishing products that have strong odors . So the option of “completely” satisfied did not have the option of “somewhat” satisfied or I would have selected that. The staff are very helpful and communicate well.
