They did a good job. They were also very responsive on my comments about some stains left overs, they cleaned it up very quickly. Washing my car including interior was very nice touch.

As a woman, I never felt that I was being taken advantage of. The transparancy of what needed to be done was made clear to me. They took the time to go back to my insurance 10 times to get the best coverage for me. Though there was a major issue with an installation of a part, German Autobody went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Because of their quality of work and the way they best help their customers, I would strongly reccomend this bodyshop for your car.

The only outstanding business that I was told that the shop would provide me a warranty for the AM National parts that were installed in my car. I have had this information and I feel that I am going to call them to provide this information for me.

German Autobody has extremely good customer service and quality autobody work. My 911 was rear ended in mountain View, the damage was fairly minor, but the bumper was slight pushed in on the passenger side, deck lid was scuffed and dinged and a tail light was cracked. John worked with the other party's insurance company and really handled everything. The fit and finish was very good as well as paint matching. Highly recommended. Sincerely, Josh P
