The bumper grill was installed on 9/26. On 9/27 it was sheared off and completely ruined as I backed out over a 2 inch bump.

I was told that the part had arrived. When I got to the shop, I was told that the wrong part had been delivered. No one checked the part before I was told that it was ready to be installed.
