Excellent shop, very kind and understanding. The dealership I bought 2x OEM left/right body parts from had fulfilled it with 1x different part inside all the wrapping (wrapping and boxes had the correct part #, but item itself was not correct). Brought it to German Auto Body and got both parts painted. German Auto Body helped out with painting the correct replacement part when I received it. All the staff is very friendly as well.

Alexis and Daly, the front desk women, are diligent tto work with my automobile insurance company. When tthe response from my nsurance company wasn't acceptable, they went to bat for what was needed. Thei shop's honesty and transparency of what was needed iwas reassuring. The bodywork itself is outstanding, I can't see where the damage to my car was located.Would recommended this shop hands down.

Both Johns were so helpful and gracious from start to finish. This goes as well for all the staff. I was constantly updated of the progress and when the repairs were completed, our vehicle looked fantastic!

Friendly staff and worked with my insurance relentlessly to get the estimate approved. Worked on the vehicle to perfection and did not take anything less as acceptable. Did their best to communicate and provide updates whenever needed without being annoying.

Top notch service. excellent job on the car repair itself. Excellent Front Desk help coordination with insurance – paid rental car company. Excellent dealing with the insurance companies. Car and excellent quality when I received it. Overall, I was super happy with my choice to use German auto body and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
