The only reason it’s taken me so long to respond is I’ve been trying to figure out what is rolling around in my car. Not sure if they left some part in the bumper or what but every time I turn a corner something hard is rolling.

Lack of communication. The service guys have too much to keep up with. I took my car in for an estimate for the repair was told either Esurance or Gettle would get with me when to bring it in. I heard from no one finally got ahold of someone with Esurance to be informed that they are waiting for me to bring my car in.
