I have a brand new truck and was forced to put after market parts on it. I was told it’s how the Insurance requires it. I should have the choice to use Dodge parts or After Market parts

The repairs where fantastic everything looks great. The only problem was every time on three visits including one scheduled visit the guy in the office was never there. the day we picked up the car my kids had to wait 30 minutes just for him to show up. The communications from him was great. Would just suggest having someone in the office to help people
