I would not put anyone else in the situation that I was put in.

Not only did we receive the car back filthy inside and out and full of dust and debris. There are also footprints on the back of the seats. The most frustrating part is every time we call it was almost ready but it took a month, The final week the vehicle was in gence care. We paid for a rental car because they had no one available to install even other partners received a week prior. This is completely inconsiderate to your customers. When I came in and was told I had to pay an additional three hundred dollars for something that was the dealership's wasn't happy at all.

Did great work, but took a VERY long time to complete. I had to call to find out status of vehicle, no one ever reached out to me in the 5 weeks they were working on it, but the quality of work was excellent.

The ladies in the office were so easy and night to talk to and they earned the right to be irritated with me when I embarrassingly forgot about our appointment day. They were kind, understanding, and flexible. Also very knowledgeable and responsive.

We expected to see SOMETHING, ANYTHING, that indicated repairs were made. Nothing huge, but when you look closely, yeah, you could see something. We were shocked that you would never know someone sideswiped our car. Flawless repairs.

When repairs started, they just happened to find additional damage that was not going to be easy to find. They just took care of it. From parts, to repairs, to dealing with my insurance. I have had a lot on my plate and the fact they just took care of it for me was more meaningful that I can describe.

Rolando and Tony were great to work with. Our car was brand new when we took it in and it looked brand new when we picked it up. The damage was so significant the car would have been totaled had it not been a new car.
