I have used Gibson Automotive multiple times for my body work needs and they have always exceeded my expectations. Drew is very good at customer service and going above and beyond what is needed to give us a great experience in our car repair. We receive our car, completely fixed, cleaned and in light new condition and it’s done every time we use Gibson Automotive. They even found a small defect and fixed it promptly and it wasn’t even involved in the accident great great people and service thanks Drew.

As per the personnel, I dealt with Drew pretty much exclusively. He has helped me on multiple occasions and always exceeds our expectations. He is very good at understanding what we are wanting and promptly finding it be at Parts or Procedures to affect an excellent repair.
