my car was hit and I spoke to a few people and they said Gilbert does good work so I brought it there a month later maybe five weeks I get my car back and they altered my car the back tire well where the tire goes used to have rubber trim trimming, so I don’t have it in the front, but I only have it in the back. I told him that I was very upset and I want him to fix this and he lied to me Brandon and told me that he looked everywhere for the rubber and that this had to be an aftermarket and believe me I have had my car for 14 years and I can tell you every inch of it where there’s a scratch or anything so I told him that you have to take the car back and fix it. I went there two times and he wasn’t there. Also striping on my car. They took it off and never put it back on again. I am very upset. I have spoken to a lawyer and he said just give me the go and I. Will take your case for my husband and myself have been very ill and we’re just coming out of whatever we got tomorrow morning which is Tuesday. I will be there with my car if they don’t fix it right I will sue and I need a car if they decide to fix it, right I am sure that Mr. Gilbert would be very disheartened of the work that his collision place does I hope that we can rectify this before it goes to court and I start spreading rumors about how they lie to me. Never asked me if it was OK to alter my car.

1. I shouldn't be calling to find out what the status is. I had to call and ask for an update. And when I did they stated it just needed to be washed. I called on a Friday and came in on a Monday and still had to wait 45 minutes for the wash to be done. 2. The old plastic wheel guards/trim was left in the backseat.

Lost cruise control and pre- collision alert thirty five minutes into my trip . The day after I picked up my car . Also emblem on front was not replaced. I am out of state until the end of September, and will bring the car back in when I return . I did call and report this the morning it happened. 5
