Gillman Collision Center replaced the depressed door, which is to my great satisfaction. Not a big deal though, there are very long scratches from the rear to the front doors on the other side of the vehicle.

IThe estimate quote did not match drive out cost. Hope all conversations are recorded to confirm. Also, while car was washed, the luggage boot was not cleaned. Gillman does not provide loaners!

Jim provided excellent service and did a great job of working me into the shop's busy schedule although I was having minor work performed. It can be easy to overlook small tasks so I really appreciate the attention to detail. The result of the work looks great!

The estimated time frame per the invoice was 9 hours but I was without my car for two (2) weeks. In addition, one reason for not being ready on specified days was that the paint work was not done to standard. Technicians who do sub-standard work is unacceptable and even more so when it inconveniences the customer.
